Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Lodge
• Always ensure exceptional guest service standards
• Oversee departmental operations including FOH, Housekeeping, F&B when Lodge
Manager is not around
• Manage stock control, procurement and cost management
• Maintain Lodge Standards, coordinate maintenance, and ensure Health and safety
compliance
• Work closely with Lodge Manager to achieve operational and service goals
• Hosting of guests, being in contact with guests and handle feedback professionally
• Work closely with Lodge Manager to achieve operational and service goals

Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Camp / Ass. Lodge Manager or in a senior Lodge
Management role within a luxury safari lodge
• Strong F&B background
