Job Description
- Support full and on-time order deliveries by maintaining minimum stock levels and conducting 3-way checks.
- Track internal and external stock availability and monitor real-time stock movement on SAP.
- Minimise loading errors through daily verification processes.
- Prevent unauthorised access to the magazine to ensure the safety and security of all materials and products.
- Maintain a secure storage environment for explosives and adhere to all magazine safety protocols.
- Ensure accurate and timely administration of product movement by maintaining correct magazine registers.
- Use designated color pens to track bookings and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Monitor magazine license capacity and avoid exceeding authorized limits.
- Process delivery notes correctly and consistently.
- Submit SOX and Compliance Inspection reports according to minimum standards and required timeframes.
