Job Description

 
  The Department 
 Reporting to Chief Advisor (Mainland Development), while administratively under the management of the Mainland Strategic Development team under the management of the Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Planning, the job holder will provide project management and administrative support to the Chief Advisor, Mainland Development, as part of overall SP18 Mainland Development project effort. In addition, the job holder will also be responsible for supporting the overall project management of key projects and initiatives key milestones across the various Divisions.
 
  The Job 
 Proactively manage key deliverable deadlines and milestones across the various divisions
 Support in organizing on-boarding programs and integration arrangement for new team members, to enable smooth integration of new talents.
 Maintain proper filing system for divisional planning and project documents.
