Job Summary
Fairfield Property Management is currently seeking a motivated Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team! As an Assistant Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that vacated apartments are restored to market ready condition on schedule, while also assisting with general maintenance tasks for the property's interior and exterior upkeep. 


Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Inspects vacated apartments and complete checklist regarding make-ready status.
