Assistant Management Couple

Beach Lodge & Restaurant based in Sodwana Bay is looking for an Assistant Management Couple.
 
The Assistant Managers will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, assisting with guest services and ensuring smooth restaurant operations and provide support to General Managers.

Requirements:
 
Grade 12
A formal qualification will be an advantage
At least 2 – 5 years management experience
Experience in Hospitality Management or related field
Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills
Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
