Assistant Manager, Accounting

We're now looking for an Assistant Manager, Accounting (Group & Regional) to join our growing Finance team, someone who thrives in structure and systems, yet embraces innovation and transformation.
What you will do
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Review and approve monthly closings, journal entries, and reconciliations in line with MFRS and Group policies.
Liaise with accounting consultants in Thailand and Singapore on compliance, statutory, and audit requirements.
Work closely with our Finance System Officer to enhance accounting tools and drive process automation across entities.
Strengthen internal controls, standardize workflows, and ensure alignment between operations and finance teams.
Lead, mentor, and guide team members to achieve consistency, accountability, and growth in their roles.
