Responsibilities

• Build the infrastructure and processes to collect, process and standardize disparate data across multiple systems.
• Work with reinsurance business units, actuarial and operations teams across all entities in the Great Eastern Group.
• Present a centralised view of the Group-wide reinsurance data for analytical investigations and reporting.
• Monitor reinsurance counterparty risk exposure.
• Measure the performance of reinsurance arrangements for each class of business.
• Assist to design and build reinsurance simulation models for profitability studies.
• Assist to study and propose suitable net retention levels.
• Quantify impact of reinsurance commission basis and amount.
