Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Manager – Admin & Facilities to lead and strengthen our administrative and facility operations. This role requires a strong executional mindset with strong operational control to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-maintained workplace that aligns with company directives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance, infrastructure, and workplace management as per standards
- Manage administrative staff, drive performance, and oversee company events and logistics
- Manage and supervise local and international travel, boarding, and lodging
- Manage security protocols, gate pass controls, and visitor management systems
