Role Responsibilities
Work with the operations and admin team in providing backoffice support to project teams in the following:
Project set-up, WBS creation and timesheet mapping of project team.
Sales order creation and project maintenance in SAP.
Trgigger billings and monitor accounts receivable.
Purchase request creation in SAP, supplier invoice validation and payment processing.
Monitor accounts payable for monthly urgent payments eg external consultants.
Assist in resolving issues with other support functions.
Monthly reporting of new work won.
Assist with project risk assessment and due diligence submission.
Assist project directors and managers in monthly tracking of the financial health of projects.
Track balance budget and utlisation.
Track revenue recognise against revenue billed.
Timesheet clocking.
