Job Description

  Responsibilities:  
 Collaborate with the Chief Agency Officer (CAO) to develop and implement a forward-thinking agency strategy for Hong Kong and Macau
 Analyze market trends and agency requirements to create strategies that anticipate future needs
 Oversee the CAO department budget and manage expenses effectively
 Participate actively in departmental transformation projects, reviewing and establishing documented workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
 Assess the performance and efficiency of agency channels, creating strategies to improve reach, effectiveness, and profitability
 Work closely with corporate departments and District Agencies to ensure alignment of strategies with product offerings, facilitating seamless interdepartmental coordination for effective strategy execution
