Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training program in the area of insurance product and insurance technical knowledge related content to the agency force.
• Coach the agent inside and outside training session in order to constantly improve performance.
• Identify the training needs of the agents from time to time.
• Deliver any training program as required by the management.
