We're currently looking for experienced professionals from the Tyre Manufacturing Industry to join our Technology Division for the role of Assistant Manager – Curing Technology (Heat Engg.) at our Dahej plant.

Role Highlights:
✔ Thermocouple & Blow Point studies for new size releases and nitrogen curing
✔ Cure cycle optimization, compound development & bladder trials
✔ New bladder development (defect reduction, cost saving, supplier development)
✔ Scrap & defect reduction through process improvement
✔ New curing press industrialization & nitrogen cycle validation
✔ SCADA development, SOP creation & system monitoring
✔ Daily troubleshooting in tyre curing operations
✔ Supplier trials for bladder paint, mold lube & curing materials
