Assistant Manager AM - Billingual B2
Location: Colombia - Bogotá (Site Buro 25)
Contract: Full-time, indefinite term
Salary Range: 5´ COP
Performance Bonus: according to the department goals.
Purpose of the Role
Assistant Managers will provide day‑to‑day leadership, people management, and performance oversight at the team level. They will support with coaching, development, and retention initiatives within their respective programs, ensuring frontline staff receive adequate guidance and feedback. The Assistant Managers will ensure a balanced ratio of leaders to team members, maintaining operational efficiency and avoiding burnout among existing managers.
