Assistant Manager, APAC Transportation & Forwarder Management (1-year contract)

Tasks

You will be supporting the managing of the full life circle of our road transportation network in the APAC region:

• Transportation Planning Management:

  • Transportation planning Management & contract phase: from concept / specifications book - contract making to supplier awarding

• Supplier Mgmt. (before go-live and after go-live of a supplier):

  • Management of the supplier implementation to ensure go-live and day-to-day operations quality management when supplier performance is not meeting to our MB expectations & specifications.

1) Transportation Planning Management:

• You will support the L5 manager in his role and you will be his deputy

• You will support the road forwarder contract management of the approx. 10 logistics centres in the Asia Pacific region; and work closely together with and under guidance of CoC colleagues in Germany, Spain...
