- Adhere to Deleum Code of Business Conduct.

Adhere to Deleum and/or customer's QHSE requirement.
Assist on managing organizational logistics, preparing budgets and inventories, and overseeing employee supervision.
Foster a work environment that encourages teamwork, energy, and creativity by demonstrating strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Enhance the technical capability of the company's workforce (engineers, sales, etc.) for AIS and Principal Base products/services, while providing clients with solutions to their well issues.
Responsible for implementing business measures, new guidelines, and strategies, while working closely with other department heads, particularly senior business managers.
