Location: Colombia - Bogotá

Purpose of the Role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing critical Staffing, scheduling and roistering of Operations staff as per client specified requirements. Effective Staffing leads to End user Satisfaction, Resource optimization and Overall Revenue management.
Key Responsibilities
• Foreseeing any staffing gaps and taking necessary steps to ensure Less wait time for End users.
• Real Time management of Resources, Irregular Operations and Operational exigencies.
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline, with good academic profile preferably in stats.
