The Role of Assistant Hotel Manager
The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful running of the business with a focus on Food & Beverage. The Assistant Hotel Manager will lead the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times whilst delivering that exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving skills and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.
