Assistant Manager, Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as Risk Management, Business, OSH, IT, Emergency Management, or Plantation Management (advantage);
Certified in BCM (CBCI/DBCI, ISO 22301, CBCP) and risk management (ERM, CRM, ISO 31000) will be an added advantage;
OSH certifications (NIOSH/DOSH) are an added advantage; and
Training in crisis management, emergency response, or incident command, with familiarity in GLC governance and audit requirements.
Professional Experience
BCM frameworks (ISO 22301), BIA, risk assessment, recovery strategies, crisis management, emergency response, and incident management;
Enterprise risk management, governance requirements, and Malaysian regulatory expectations;
Basic understanding of estate/mill operations and sector risks (advantage);
Emergency response, OSH practices, and coordination with authorities;
