Role Description

Oversee the financial approval process, and ensure seamless coordination between various teams.

The role also involves managing financial transactions, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving the growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with landlords, consultants and developers to identify real estate opportunities - Build pipeline in specified geographies/ or format in line with expansion plan.
• Market Mapping on a continuous basis; Keeping track of market trends and competitor movements in their regions/formats.
• Negotiation for commercial terms, scope of work and timelines for handover.
• Activation of new channel partners and overseeing the on-boarding process.
