Assistant Manager, Business Development (Bancassurance)

Determined to execute initiatives and plans that drives bancassurance distribution sales goals with Banks and Partners. Work in a highly volatile and challenging roles.

Purpose of this role

• Assist AVP, Other Banks to manage banks and partners relationships.
• Lead the Business Development team for business growth and to achieve GWP target.
• Develop and Execute sales and marketing activities with Bank and Partners
• Ensure delivery of company service standards at Bancassurance business unit.

Main Responsibility

• Working closely with Banks and Partners to achieve business goals
• Ensure all sales conduct and engagement is customer focus as per Generali core value
• Support, implement and execute Head Office strategies and action plans.
