Job Summary
Determined to execute initiatives and plans that drives bancassurance distribution sales goals with Banks and Partners. Work in a highly volatile and challenging roles.
Purpose of this role:
Assist AVP, Other Banks to manage banks and partners relationships.
Lead the Business Development team for business growth and to achieve GWP target.
Develop and Execute sales and marketing activities with Bank and Partners
Ensure delivery of company service standards at Bancassurance business unit.
Market intelligence
Main Responsibility:
Working closely with Banks and Partners to achieve business goals
Ensure all sales conduct and engagement is customer focus as per Generali core value
Support, implement and execute Head Office strategies and action plans.
