Conduct regular market study to identify the industry trends, customer demand, product portfolio and competition.
Provide insight to the product & sales team to refine strategies with respect to product offerings and customization.
Key account management to drive business development initiatives, that includes initiating trial runs, monitoring them and obtaining customer approvals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within customer organization.
Understand client needs and present customized solutions to address their challenges.
Lead sales presentation & product demonstration to potential customers.
Engage in contract negotiations for NBO and close deals in alignment with sales teams.
