Assistant Manager, Care Operations & Governance

4S IT-Solutions is looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support the Superintendent in overseeing operations within the Welfare Home. This role involves improving systems, developing SOPs, and ensuring quality standards in a care environment.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and 4–8 years of experience in operations or compliance, with strong analytical and documentation skills. The work location will be either Admiralty Street or Buangkok Green.
