Sitting on King Street smack bang in the middle of Newtown, The Bank is an Inner West institution where everybody is welcome. A safe space for all, a home to live music in Sydney, a place to feast with friends, a place to catch up over a few beers a place to celebrate. There is always plenty happening at The Bank.

With food being a major focus of our venue, our menu showcases some of Australia's best produce fresh from the grill, with elevated sides and all of our patrons favourite pub classics that are plated with finesse.

On Friday and Saturday nights, the Bank turns it up a notch with Waywards, our live music den, showcasing up-and-coming artists, local icons and historical favourites to perform and support each other and the Australian music community.
