Portfolio Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales performance, marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches
Measure campaign ROI, customer acquisition, and retention
Provide insights on customer behavior across menu and sales channels
Sales Forecasting & Budgeting
Develop WTD, MTD, and YTD sales forecasts by menu item and channel
Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
