Assistant Manager Commercial Projects

Job Purpose:
To support commercial and financial management of EPC and project-based contracts, ensuring effective tendering, contract administration, cost control, billing, and revenue realization while supporting project execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of commercial bids and tender documents.
Support contract negotiations, contract administration, and compliance with contractual terms.
Maintain contractual documentation, correspondence, and change records.
Assist in the evaluation and management of variations, claims, and contractual entitlements.
Monitor contractual risks and support mitigation measures in coordination with management.
Coordinate project-related commercial correspondence and documentation with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Support project teams in commercial aspects during the execution phase.
