ASSISTANT MANAGER - COMMERCIAL & REVAMP

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative candidate with strong data analytics skills and in-depth knowledge of retail assets such as cash counters, trolleys, store layouts, and customer footfall patterns. The primary responsibility is to analyze, optimize, and enhance the utilization of retail assets to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost-effectiveness across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

· Verify BOQ accuracy and completeness against Tender/GFC drawings and ensure RFIs are closed.

· Float tenders to approved vendors and coordinate for timely quote submissions (online/offline).

· Perform internal rate and zero-cost analysis for fabrication and mechanical items (fabrication & wire products, dock levellers, hydraulic platforms, scissor lifts, racks, PEB, conveyors, etc.).
