Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of accountants to support accounting and controlling activities for the assigned countries.
• Assign and organize roles and responsibilities for team members.
• Review the team's work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide guidance and coaching on new policies, work instructions, and group requirements.
• Coordinate and manage monthly balance sheet reviews with Regional and Country teams.
• Work closely with Management to implement and drive process standardization across countries supported by the SSC.
• Promote process commonality and simplification in line with the Company's policies and guidelines.
• Lead and coordinate all job migrations from countries to the SSC according to the planned schedule.
• Achieve cost efficiency and eliminate redundancies through the shared service centre.
