Assistant Manager, Controlling

We are a global logistics and supply chain solutions provider operating across air, sea, road, and contract logistics worldwide. Our Regional Shared Services Centre (RSSC) in Penang is expanding, and we are looking for a capable leader to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Manager, you will lead and manage a team of accountants supporting multiple countries across the region.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Assign roles and responsibilities while ensuring high accuracy and quality of deliverables
• Review accounting tasks and financial reports to ensure compliance with company policies
• Provide coaching and guidance on new policies, work instructions, and group requirements
• Coordinate monthly balance sheet reviews with regional and country stakeholders
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
