The Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretariat is responsible for providing general administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Secretariat team in ensuring corporate compliance, governance, and administrative efficiency within the Group. The role involves maintaining and managing statutory records, preparing resolutions and corporate documents, coordinating meetings, including compiling and distributing board papers. assisting with statutory filings to ensure compliance with regulations as well as assisting in monitoring directors' training.
Requirements and qualification: -
- CGI (ICSA) qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate secretarial, preferably with exposure in public listed companies.
- Good knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, Listing Requirements, Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance...
