Assistant Manager – Costing & Inventory | Up to 6500

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Costing & Inventory to join our Finance team. You will ensure accurate product costing, inventory control, and stock integrity across retail stores, warehouses, and sales channels, supporting margin management and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product costing and monitor gross margin performance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, lead stock counts, and manage slow-moving or obsolete stock.
• Investigate variances, shrinkage, damages, and write-offs.
• Prepare inventory and margin reports; support audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with Retail Ops, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior costing and inventory staff.
