What You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead and supervise daily air & sea freight shipment coordination
• Manage import & export documentation and compliance
• Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolution
• Ensure SOP adherence and on-time delivery performance
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Monitor operational cost efficiency
• Work closely with sales team, carriers, agents, and customers
