Assistant Manager, Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Migration & Transition

2. Source-to-Target Mapping: Analyze source systems to define data structures and create comprehensive mapping documentation for target systems.

3. Migration Logic: Define the business rules and transformation logic required to move data while maintaining referential integrity.
4. Validation & Reconciliation: Perform audit checks (row counts, hash totals, and logic testing) to ensure zero data loss during migrations.
5. Legacy Decommissioning: Validate that data is successfully transitioned before legacy databases are archived or sunset.

6. Master Data Management (MDM) & Governance

7. MDM Strategy: Develop and enforce rules for creating Golder Records (e.g., merging duplicate customer or product entries).

8. Data Profiling: Conduct deep-dive analysis using SQL to identify anomalies, duplicates, and quality gaps in large datasets.
