About The Role:
Demand & Sales Planning
Lead category demand forecasting and sales planning to achieve business targets.
Oversee weekly/monthly category meetings, proactively drive strategic agenda.
Steer the IBP cycle, embed business strategy, and develop an 18-month rolling demand plan including baseline, promotions, and seasonality.
Consolidate and analyze sell-in/sell-out data; manage regular category sales reports and monitor anomalies.
Lead demand/supply consensus processes and manage KPIs (forecast accuracy, MAPE) for the category.
Portfolio & Inventory Management
Oversee product portfolio and inventory targets, including business analysis and safety stock settings for the category.
