Job Description
Main Purpose of Job:
- Assist in managing and improving AEON Credit's digital platforms, including the consumer website and AEON Wallet.
- Support the delivery of a consistent and user-friendly experience across digital channels.
- Monitor system performance, gather feedback, and identify basic issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, marketing, operations) to support ongoing enhancements and daily operations.
- Assist in the rollout of new features by tracking project timelines, preparing documents, and following up on deliverables.
- Help analyse data and user behaviour to support feature development, digital KPIs, and customer experience improvement.
- Provide administrative and operational support for digital initiatives and reporting tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of updates, feedback, and follow-up actions within the team and stakeholders.
