Summary

DKSH is looking for an Assistant Manager, Digital Content Excellence will be responsible for driving high quality, accurate, complete and engaging content across DKSH Technology’s key digital platforms, including dksh.com, LabShop (more than 300K products) and microsites. This role will own and improve content standards, workflows and governance to ensure that product, website, product catalogue and microsite content are consistent, customer focused, scalable and aligned with DKSH’s brand and business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing, eCommerce, business development, product managers, suppliers, IT and local market teams to improve content quality, strengthen the digital customer experience and support lead generation and digital sales growth.
