Job Description

Responsibilities :
Attend requirement gathering workshops and act as the SPOC for implementation at KEC Asian Cables Ltd

Analyze and document as-is processes and conduct gap analysis

Prepare drafts on to-be processes, project plans and success metrics

Document project plans and establish SLA compliance by all parties

Lead status calls with vendors

Ensure correctness of data in reports and dashboards

Identify scope for process improvements with supporting data analysis

Design change management initiatives for popularization of initiatives

Documentation of SOPs

Support the annual Compensation Review Process

Contextualize the projects from RPG Enterprises to suit KEC Asian Cables’s requirements

Any ad-hoc support required by the HR Team
Qualification : Any graduate
