Assistant Manager, Ecommerce Operation

Principal Accountabilities:
Under broad supervision:* Responsible for planning and executing campaigns through various online marketing channels* May have specific accountability for a specialty for the organization, i.e., email marketing, Pay Per Click (PPC) ads, and/or Search Engine Optimization (SEO)* Lead cross-functional teams from other areas in Marketing, Merchandising and Technology to implement marketing campaigns

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field *Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteria* Three to five years of related experience preferred* Strong written and oral communication skills* Proficient PC skills
