Job Summary

This position is responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) across the organization. The role serves as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related support, enhancements, and user queries, ensuring system stability, optimal performance, and alignment with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Management & Implementation

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical CRM solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/consultants during implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure CRM solutions align with organizational processes and best practices.
