Roles & Responsibilities:
Processing Payroll
1. Computation of salary payable based on days worked, deductions, taxes and relevant benefits ensuring accurate and timely payment.
2. Maintaining the records of all payroll transactions including employee earnings, taxes and deductions for reporting and audit purpose.
Statutory Compliance
1. Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance requirements.
2. Payment of statutory dues on or before the due date and avoid legal penalties.
3. Filing of applicable Returns and adhering to the timelines strictly.
Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Schedules
1. Preparation / review of reconciliations and Balance Sheet account schedules monthly for financial accuracy ensuring strong internal controls.
