Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Finance will support the financial management and operational efficiency of the organization. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, maintaining accurate financial records through the Odoo ERP system, budgeting support, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
The role also involves overseeing core accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, coordinating with auditors and regulatory bodies, and managing day-to-day treasury and cash flow activities. A key aspect of the role includes implementing and strengthening internal financial controls, maintaining proper documentation, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
