Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our dynamic finance team in Pune.
The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, excellent analytical skills, and hands-on expertise in Power BI. Prior experience in the real estate sector will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Support in cash flow preparation
Support forecasting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Analyze monthly financial performance, variance analysis, and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and financial models using Power BI and Excel to support business decision-making.
Provide timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics, KPIs, and management reports.
