Job Description
- Oversee daily financial activities related to F&B, including cash handling, liquidations and revolving fund replenishments, bank reconciliations, revenue tracking, and cost management.
- Monitor and analyze F&B costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement internal controls.
- Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Analyze monthly variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate banking records.
- Oversee the income audit process to verify revenue records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed income audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, tax returns).
