Assistant Manager Finance

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing daily accounting and finance operations
Handle full set accounts
Assist in managing Accounts Payable functions and preparing cash flow statements
Monitor and manage daily financial operations, including payments, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Manage inter-company billing & E-invoice submission, ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
Review and ensure accurate submission of bi-monthly SST submissions
Manage monthly stock take in different outlets
Monitor inventory movements, shrinkage, stock adjustments, and cost of sales
Supervise and mentor junior finance/accounting staff
Able to do an analytical review and work independently
Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
Preferably with experience in the Food & Beverage industry, and familiarity with XERO accounting system
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
