Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Finishing
Location: Ambasamudram

Role Purpose:
To handle the Finishing Consumer department including Polishing, Finishing Consumer threads. To handle the Production, daily planning, Quality approval, people management and focus on Department KPIs.
Principal Accountabilities:
Drive Health, Safety & EHS performance (SSB, TaRA, MOC, MSA, BBS, audits, incident investigations). 

Ensure operational excellence: manpower optimization, KPI achievement, lead time ≤ hrs, OEE and productivity improvements. 

Oversee process, maintenance, and quality activities; conduct trials, DOE, and innovation projects. 

Prepare and implement SOPs, training, certification, and competency development. 

Manage audits & systems: ISO //, GRS, GOTS, IATF, BRC, customer & external audits.
