Assistant Manager for Operations

Do you have solid experience in Corporate Travel Accounts and expertise in GDS Cryptic commands? We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager of Operations to lead a high-performing travel team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a ticketing SME, supporting the team and intervening when needed.
Manage a team of L2 – complex itinerary trained resources.
Ensure achievement of KPI/SLA targets for the process.
Document and supervise daily operations, including administrative functions.
Lead conference calls confidently and represent the team effectively.
Produce dashboards and reports in Excel and presentation formats.
Drive process improvements with strong analytical and conflict management skills.
Requirements
Cryptic/Native GDS experience is required.
Recent/current experience in BPO Travel Accounts
Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience in corporate travel.
Experience with at least one additional GDS platform.
