Assistant Manager for Organizational Development

The Assistant Manager for Organizational Development (OD) is responsible for diagnosing organizational needs, designing strategic interventions, and driving initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, structure, culture, and performance. The role requires strong analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support organizational growth—particularly within the HR Division and across all departments. The role will be heavily involved in the development of tables of organization, job descriptions, performance standards, and the development of performance management tools.
