The Assistant Manager, Front Office supports the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest experience. This role assists in supervising front desk staff, handling guest enquiries and issues, and ensuring hotel standards and procedures are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily Front Office operations, including check-in and check-out processes
- Support and supervise Front Office team members to ensure service excellence
- Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and operational requirements as needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
