Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Corporate Planning & Projects supports the development, tracking and
execution of corporate plans, strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects within Base
Maintenance Malaysia (BMM).
This role functions as a corporate PMO and planning coordinator, ensuring alignment across
departments, timely milestone delivery, and structured reporting to Management and Group
HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Planning & Performance Tracking
Support the development and consolidation of annual corporate plans and key
initiatives
Track KPIs and performance metrics across departments
Coordinate periodic business performance reporting for Management and HQ
Prepare dashboards and management presentation materials
Monitor progress against corporate objectives and flag delays or risks
- Strategic Project Management (PMO Function)
