The assistant manager supports management in the smooth daily operations of the department. They take over the manager’s responsibilities when the manager is absent. They ensure excellent customer service and consistently maintain high product quality, while adhering to the company’s standards and policies.

  • Work toward achieving the goals set by the manager and encourage team members to do the same.
  • Ensure proper product supply and maintain attractive merchandising in the department.
  • Support the manager with staff supervision and scheduling in their absence.
  • Coach and motivate team members to enhance the department’s productivity.
  • Maintain product quality and freshness while remaining vigilant in minimizing waste and product loss.
